The single family home is a tucked away tropical retreat on the sleepy/ surfer town part of St. Augustine. A short drive across a bridge away from the hustle and bustle of the tourism. Our home is on a dead end street. It’s very quiet and has new build homes surrounding it and some empty lots.

Think “tropical unincorporated”. Surrounded by lush, tropical wildlife and large oak trees- but a short drive to the beach, our home is a place to relax after your sand, sun, and seafood – filled days hanging out at one of the local restaurants that line the beach. Check out the local surf shop “The Pit” and maybe take a surfing lesson!
