A Luxury Family Getaway Home on Hilton Head Island next to Port Royal Sound

Beautiful brand new former Model home with all the upgrades- vacation home on the Northeast side Hilton Head Island on the Port Royal Sound, built in 2019. Just a short walk to the quiet Fish Haul Beach- which is away from most tourists. Our home has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a 2 car garage. It has a large light and bright two story open living area with a pull out sofa bed that sleeps two, a two story shiplap fireplace and a family room that is open to a beautiful clean, modern kitchen. We have put doors on the Carolina Room so that our guests can work remotely from their private office. Our home has a modern, clean, zen beach feel, all around. You’re going to love it! Booking availability will begin in Summer 2023.

With four bedrooms, it is equipped with a main level master with one king bed and an en suite private master bath. A second level guest bedroom with one King bed, a guest room with two queens, a bunk room with 8 bunk beds. Our home fits large groups or families comfortably up to an 18 person capacity.

This wonderfully secluded vacation house with a golf course view from the Carolina Room and Master is perfect for a holiday with the whole family. It is situated five minutes walking from the beach and sits on the golf course if you’d like to play. It is located in a fantastic gated brand new development on Hilton Head Island. Also, just a 5 minute drive from all the local supermarkets and shops. The vacation home is located near the small Hilton Head Airport for easy transport, and it is easy to move through the island. You can also find numerous businesses with activities for family and water sports nearby. If you want a great family vacation, this vacation home a short walk to a secluded beach will be perfect for you.

We have furnished the house to ensure all modern comforts are on hand. There is a BBQ grill outside on the patio. Fully equipped conveniences allow cooking with ease as well as all of the comforts of home (fridge, dishwasher, laundry machines,all the cooking utensils to make a delicious home cooked meal,, etc.).

You can relax, read a book and sip a glass of cool wine on the patio while marvelling at the peacefulness of the Island of Hilton Head. Just a short bike ride or golf cart ride (rentable also) to the beach.
